Vulnerable adult missing out of Amsterdam AMSTERDAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Amsterdam Police Department has issued a missing vulnerable adult alert. Police say Gardner has a traumatic brain injury and may be in need of medical attention. He is currently believed to be on foot, and was last seen wearing glasses, a maroon button down fleece and athletic style pants. (NEWS10)-- A lawsuit is making it hard for some entering New York’s cannabis industry."Everybody right now who has been in New York State Cannabis is experiencing a level of frustration," said Ryan McCall, an attorney for Tully Rinckey. Watervliet man sentenced 7 years in child sex abuse WATERVLIET, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- On Friday, Fred Rafferty, 57, of Watervliet, was sentenced to seven years in state prison.
